Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before requesting a return or replacement.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • the product delivered is damaged
  • you received the wrong item
  • the product is defective upon arrival

To be eligible:

  • the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • the product must remain unused and in original packaging
  • proof such as images or videos may be required for verification

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • used or opened products
  • products damaged due to improper handling
  • normal wear and tear
  • products without original packaging
  • change of mind after purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain detailing products may not be eligible for return once opened.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.
  2. Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be replaced with:

  • the same product
  • a replacement of equal value (subject to availability)

Exchanges are processed after the returned product passes inspection.

5. Refund Policy

If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be issued.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take:

  • 5–7 business days for online payments
  • additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • do not use the product
  • contact us immediately with photos/videos
  • retain original packaging for verification

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
